There are seven Labour Party Branches covering the nineteen electoral wards of Bridgend Constituency.  Meetings are held monthly in local venues, and new members are always welcome.

Brackla branch meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month (except August) 7:30p.m. at Brackla Community Centre.

Bridgend Branch Labour Party covers the three central wards of Bridgend town – Newcastle, Oldcastle and Morfa.

 

The Branch meets on the last Wednesday of every calendar month except August  and December, at 7.00 p.m., in Committee Room 1 of the Civic Buildings, Angel Street, Bridgend.  Anyone who lives in the Bridgend Branch area and is interested in the Labour Party is welcome to attend.

Coity & Litchard Branch covers – as its name suggests – the old village of

Coity and the community of Litchard, on the northern outskirts of Bridgend; and also Pendre ward,

between Litchard and Bridgend.

The branch meets on the 2nd Monday of each month [except August] at 7.30 pm.

Kenfig & Cornelly Branch Labour Party

Kenfig & Cornelly Branch Labour Party covers the Cornelly electoral ward, which includes North and South Cornelly, Maudlam and Kenfig (the polling station at Kenfig is actually in the Visitor Centre for the beautiful and world-famous Kenfig Burrows Nature Reserve).

 

It meets at 7.00 on the first Wednesday of every month except August and December, in the North Cornelly Community Centre at Cornelly Cross. The Labour Councillor for the area is Richard Granville.
